Refund Policy

Refunds & Cancellations

At Panko’s Pastries, each order is made fresh and specially for you.  As such, I do not accept returns once your order has been collected or delivered.

If you need to cancel your order, I'm happy to offer a full refund provided I receive notice at least 5 business days in advance for standard sweets and treat box orders, and 7 business days in advance for custom or themed designs (such as custom designed cupcakes & cakes for birthdays or weddings).

Because everything is made to order, cancellations made outside of these timeframes won't be eligible for a refund.
