We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Content (excluding credit card info) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card info is always encrypted.

3 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & ACCURACY

Products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We make every effort to display product details accurately but cannot guarantee how colours appear on your screen. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products without notice.

4 – ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations are eligible for a full refund with at least:

5 business days’ notice for standard cupcake/treat box orders
7 business days’ notice for themed or custom orders

5 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact info for all transactions.

6 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
